As an account of the content of the resource, DESCRIPTION.TABLEOFCONTENTS
is used for partial or full listings of subunits of the resource.
Use the Table of Contents element to identify other descriptive information
such as: Composers and Works contained in a program; Cue Sheets; Play
Lists; Rundowns; EDLs (unformatted); Content Flags; Indexes of Sections
or Segments; or a Formal Table of Contents.
